Rooted in blues, ZZ Top developed a signature sound based on Gibbons' blues guitar style and Hill and Beard's rhythm section. I could have done without the remixing of the pre "Eliminator" songs, but that is a minor complaint. Why the lack of ZZ albums? Where is 'Rhythmeen'?!? That album is their best in 10 years! Any-hoo, there are alot of great classics on this best of ZZ top, but it needs 'Just Got Paid' and 'I Got The Six' which is another great tune. 'Just Got Paid' That song ROCKS! Why does this always happen on "best of" albums? Just like Journey's Greatest Hits album, their best song isn't on that one either (Stone In Love). Their best song isn't even on this album.
